Sales Administrator - Cleveland, OH
Heather B. Moore is searching for a Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator will support the sales staff with a variety of functions to aid in the department to be more effective.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Entering sales orders
  • Coordinating with other internal departments regarding order details, expedites and order status.
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Using a CRM to track all customer activity
  • Helping the staff prepare for trade shows, trunk shows and other customer visits including assembling sample kits and compiling marketing materials.

The qualified candidate will have experience working independently, be well versed in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and be able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
