We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry with our Multi-Generational Warranty. We will repair or replace damaged components of your piece unless signs of neglect are detected, which may require a nominal shop fee. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Certain gemstones, such as diamonds, are included, while other gems may require additional fees. Contact us at (855) 400-5430 for repair requests or further details.

When Will I Receive a Personalized Item? From the time that an order is placed to the time it is handmade and ships is 15 business days. Every Heather B. Moore piece is handmade to order. When Will I Receive a Ready Made Items? Ready Made pieces ship within 3-5 business days. With our fast shipping options, you can receive your newest collection item quickly and enjoy it in no time.
We value your satisfaction and aim to make every Heather B. Moore piece perfect. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited. If there’s a defect or error in production, please contact us within 10 days to arrange a return and receive store credit. Silver and gold jewelry may naturally tarnish over time, which is not a defect. For care advice, please contact Heather B. Moore or an official retail partner. To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid wearing it in water, store it in a dry space, remove it before bed or workouts, and avoid abrasive surfaces. Clean at home by using mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, rinsing thoroughly, and drying with a polish cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
