When Will I Receive a Personalized Item? From the time that an order is placed to the time it is handmade and ships is 15 business days. Every Heather B. Moore piece is handmade to order. When Will I Receive a Ready Made Items? Ready Made pieces ship within 3-5 business days. With our fast shipping options, you can receive your newest collection item quickly and enjoy it in no time.

If there’s a defect or error in production, please contact us within 10 days to arrange a return and receive store credit.
