Can I change the metal types of a charm on the website?

All Heather B. Moore pieces are handmade to order. Because of this, you are able to customize any piece to your specifications. We currently offer 5 metal types, including; silver, yellow, white, rose, and green gold. If you’d like to change a product on the website, please submit a custom request.

Do you have a retail store?
While there is no dedicated Heather B. Moore store, we are currently in over 150 retail locations nationwide. To see a complete list of our retail location, please visit the store locator.

I do not see the product I am looking for on your website, what should I do?

The Heather B. Moore product line is very extensive, and because of this we cannot show every option we offer. We are constantly adding new products and designs to the website; however, if you are still not finding the exact piece you are looking for, please submit a custom request.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?

From the time that an order is placed to the time it is handmade and ships is 15 business days. Every Heather B. Moore piece is handmade to order. Certain pieces may be expedited on a case by case basis. For more information, or to request an expedited order, please call (855) 400-5430.


What can be made into a custom stamp?

Custom stamps are a great way to create a truly unique and personal piece. When it comes to what we can and cannot create, the options are truly endless. Some examples of common custom stamps include:

• Signatures
• Handwritten messages
• Drawings
• Baby foot prints
• Finger prints
• Pet portraits
• Company logos (with company consent)

Please note, Heather B. Moore can not use copyrighted materials without written consent from the owner of said material. Additional charges for “artwork needed” custom stamps may apply.

Where is all your jewelry made?

Every Heather B. Moore piece is handmade at our studio in Cleveland, OH. 


What other stones do you set in your charms?

Currently, the only stones that Heather B. Moore sets are white, cognac, black, and yellow diamonds.

Can I send back a charm and have something else stamped on it?

Unfortunately you cannot, due to the craftsmanship of each individual piece we are unable to add stamps to a piece once it has been finished; however, you may be able to add diamonds or accents. For more information, give us a call at (855) 400-5430.
