Official National Sweepstakes Rules: Heather B. Moore $1000 Gift Card 2 Cents Giveaway 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The Heather B. Moore $1000 Gift Card Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Heather B. Moore ("Sponsor"), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Heather B. Moore, 4502 Prospect St., Cleveland, OH 44103.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on March 5, 2023 at 12:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 17, 2023 at 11:59 pm ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, go to https://heatherbmoore.com/pages/2-cents-sweepstakes and complete the online survey. Upon completion of the survey, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants will receive one (1) additional entry for leaving a product review on the official Heather B. Moore website (heatherbmoore.com) and one (1) additional entry for leaving a Google review. Limit of three (3) entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Winner Selection and Notification: On or about March 20, 2023, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Prize will be sent to the winner by email.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $1000 Heather B. Moore gift card. The gift card can only be redeemed with Heather B. Moore directly or on heatherbmoore.com. The gift card cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention, or other technical problem, or if the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys' fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Heather B. Moore Sweepstakes Winner's List, 4502 Prospect St., Cleveland, OH 44103. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Additional Entry Method: To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the online survey, you may enter by mail by hand-printing your full name, complete address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3"x5" card and mailing it in a standard business-size #10 envelope to: Heather B. Moore Sweepstakes, 4502 Prospect St., Cleveland, OH 44103. Each entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries.

Tax Filling: The winner will be required to complete and submit a W9 tax form to Sponsor prior to receiving the prize. Failure to complete and submit the W9 form within five (5) days of notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the prize.

Additional Rules

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
• The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Official Rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
• The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Zoho or any other third-party website or platform.
